About Woodgreen Management

Woodgreen Management, Inc. was established in 1990 by the Principals, Allan M. Bernheimer and Jeffrey R. Miller. We provide commercial real estate investment opportunities and property management services for retail and office properties throughout Southern New England. These services include property management, property acquisition, property sale, financing, leasing, development, and accounting/financial reporting.

There are currently nine properties in the Woodgreen Management portfolio. 

Since its inception, we have owned and managed over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate.
